Winter Fun

We had a fun holiday this year with a visit to Los Banos for Christmas and then a fun few days in the snow (what little there was) in Tahoe. Unfortunately I did not take very many photos from Christmas day - it all goes by so fast.

Aidan didn't waste any time putting together his new Lego trian set. This was the present he has been wanting all season. He is very into Lego at this age.


Sledding in Tahoe.


Blake loved sledding, but didn't want any help for the first few runs while he was figuring it all out. This led to s fun four legging sledding technique as seen above.


Surprisingly Aidan really wanted to take a ski lesson. I had not planned to enroll him, but when he was the other kids in the ski area while we were sledding he asked to take a lesson. I didn't want to discourage his interest, so he took a half day lesson and did awesome! He is in the. Blue jacket above. He did really well and went down the hill 5 or 6 times with a hand or little help from his instructor. We were really proud of him.
