Disneyland

This past Saturday, we loaded up in the car and drove into the belly of the beast for a fun filled day at Disneyland in celebration of my niece Hannah's 3rd birthday. Disneyland was PACKED! I don't think more people could have fit in the park. We were so lucky -- one of the members of our group won Fastpasses for all of us for the entire day. For those of you who don't know, a Fastpass at Disneyland means you wait 10 minutes for a ride instead of an hour.
Aidan actually had a really good time. He danced when he saw Mickey and the band. He drove the car around the track and got his parents in trouble for letting him drive. He played with his cousins. He clapped for the parade. He did get really tired and cranky midday, but managed to fall asleep in the stroller for a quick snooze and then was back at it. We left the park at 7pm, perfect timing for Aidan to sleep all the way home and for Mike and I to enjoy the easy drive up the coast.
Mike says he will never go back -- but I have a feeling Aidan will talk him into it.
