We traveled up north for Easter weekend and had a great visit. Here is a picture of us dying Easter eggs and another of Aidan with his Easter basket and a lollipop in his mouth. He is really into lollipops. Driving is not very fun with two little ones in the car. Blake is usually good for the first two hours and when slowly builds up to screaming. Aidan does pretty well, but he does need potty breaks, snacks, and entertainment. I am afraid to put the DVD player in the car because Aidan likes to watch the same things over and over. So I envision 4 hours of Mighty Machines At The Train Yard ... umm, no thanks.
We are gearing up for the big birthday this weekend. Aidan is really excited that so many people are coming to see us. He is constantly telling me to invite this person or that person ... he camehomewith 4 more kids from his preschool who he wants to invite.
Blake has been having a rough couple days. He has been teething and is really unhappy. Aidan loved his pacifier, so he would just suck his way through the teething -- but Blake won't take a paci, so he just cries and cries. He had a fever all weekend (teething??) and hasn't eaten solids for days. He just screams when we try to put him in a highchair. So .. lots of nursing and walking and crying. His top teeth are peaking through though, so hopefully he will be smiling soon.
