2!

The big guy turned 2 on Saturday. We celebrated at the house with family and friends. We were fortunate to have great weather so we set up the water table and bounce house -- everyone had fun. The San Fran Cohen made the trip down to SB for the weekend. The cousins really get along well. Aidan likes to hold hands with Esme and Jaxi and wants to be treated as a big kid. He even wanted to wear underwear when he saw the girls were wearing them.
We just moved Aidan into a bed a night. He has only slept in it 2 nights (this will be his 3rd), but he really likes it. I give him the option to slept in the crib and he always wants his bed. Grandma bought him train sheets which he loves! He rolls around on the sheets and giggles with delight.

My pregnancy has been going well -- I am just passing the 25 week mark. This is a nice milestone. I am over the half way point. The baby is essentially "cooked" at this point. He is working on lung development now and getting fat on his body, but all his organs are in place and he should look like a little baby. He kicks and moves throughout the day. It is fun to see my belly jump around when he is exercising. Only 15 more weeks - wow!
